- Handling redemptions
- Handling repossessed accounts
- Out for repossession reviews
- Skip tracing
- Loan hardship reviews
- Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
- Identifying accounts that require management review
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining required standards set by the department
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
