Job Description
The Loan Reconciliation Specialist will maintain acceptable standards set by the department and provide outstanding customer service in a very professional environment. Apply the necessary knowledge required by the job to resolve any or all issues related to your daily assignments.
Responsibilities
Complete daily payment re-allocations timely and accurately.
Complete loan adjustments and/or amendments as needed by the department.
Write clearly and informatively; edit work for spelling and grammar; vary writing style to meet needs; present numerical data effectively; read and interpret written information.
Look for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time; support the organization's goals and values.
