Responsibilities

• Oversee the collection of payments from residents.
• Manage resident payment accounts, engaging proactively with residents to provide support and ensuring accounts remain in a Payment Current status.
• Manage utility accounts for properties, coordinate service activations and terminations, and ensure compliance with local utility regulations.
