Overview

Engineering Services is seeking an Operational Excellence (OE) Professional to join our Operational Excellence Center of Excellence (OECOE). The role supports the implementation of the OE management system across the Aramco organization, developing annual schedules, conducting data analytics, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality reports to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with OE teams to achieve overall operational excellence in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, policies, regulations, objectives, and targets.
• Support internal OE assessments, write assessment reports, and develop action plans and recommendations that lead to performance improvements.
• Conduct operational excellence gap analysis based on the Plan, Do, Check and Adjust (PDCA) quality cycle and related activities.
