• Handles inbound and outbound calls on delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements that benefit both the company and customers.
• Researches and resolves customer disputes, questions, and concerns regarding account status.
• Maintains delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors.
• Utilizes all available tools and investigates possible leads, analyzes delinquent accounts for appropriate action, and makes recommendations to senior manager or supervisor.
