COLLECTION MERCHANDISING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Market and Competition Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collection Planning & Design Direction: Develop collection and product strategies for annual and capsule launches, defining positioning in line with brand image and strategy. Create and communicate detailed design briefs based on trends and market needs, ensuring brand alignment and technical requirements.
• Product Development & Collection Management: Oversee end-to-end product development (sampling to production), coordinate with cross‑functional teams, manage calendars, codifications, and sample inventories to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare buying tools for showrooms (Masterfile, product guide, buyers' guide) and maintain product data and merchandising files throughout the buying campaign.
