What you’ll be doing
As our Collection Manager – Consumer Credit, you’ll be the person who owns and evolves our end‑to‑end collection strategy across consumer lending products, with a strong focus on data, segmentation, and AI‑driven decisioning.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Design and execute data‑driven collection strategies – Leveraging advanced analytics and predictive models to design collection strategies tailored to different risk profiles and product types.
Develop AI‑powered collection approaches – Driving the adoption of AI to enhance next‑best‑action logic, predictive contact strategies, and intelligent prioritization of accounts.
Personalize customer engagement & tone of voice – Defining and implementing differentiated communication strategies, adapting tone, channel, and timing based on customer behaviour.
