Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the collection of payments from clients and customers.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding debts and payment terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to collections.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and send reminders and invoices to clients for overdue payments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in collections or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Office environment with regular office hours
