Job Description
- Contact and coordinate with customers regarding their payment inquiries.
- Communicate with clients regarding their payments.
- Resolve issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process.
Working condition:
- Willing to be assigned in LBC Central Exchange, C5 Extension, Sucat Parañaque City.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelors Degree related to finance or any related courses.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivables, credit risk assessment and collection process.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong skills in MS Excel.
- Knowledge in accounting systems like SAP.
