**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses within HP’s collaboration platforms.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of HP’s collaboration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to these collaboration platforms and services.
- Implement and maintain HP's security best practices and standards to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide end-user training and support to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
- Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team.
- Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, Database Administration).
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate HP’s collaboration platforms with other enterprise systems.
