What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining CIBC’s Collaboration Services team. You’ll be responsible for providing administration, governance, operational support, and technical expertise for Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and related platform capabilities. You’ll support enterprise‑wide platform adoption by maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant environments, implementing governance controls, and enabling business innovation through low‑code solutions and collaboration technologies. You’ll investigate and resolve technical issues, manage escalations, support service reliability, and collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver operational excellence.
