**Job Functions****Responsibilities**:User Support- Meet with users on ad hoc and scheduled basis- Help users solve business problems with productivity tools and show them how to resolve issues using them.Americas M365 Resource Center (SharePoint Online)- Overall site management, including planning needed updates- Create support resource documentation, articles, and videos for SharePoint Online, Teams, M365 resources, Zoom, Box, etc.- Coordinate efforts to have resources translated to multiple languages and create Chatbot references.
