Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to U.S. property owners
- Follow provided scripts
- Identify seller interest and motivation
- Submit qualified leads only
No closing. No negotiations. No CRM work.
Pay Structure
- Paid
per qualified lead - Qualified lead = interest + motivation + timeline confirmed
- No earnings cap
If you don't produce leads, you don't get paid. If you do, you will.
Requirements
- Fluent or near-fluent English
