Role Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller / Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role primarily focuses on outbound calling, where you will reach out to construction companies, contractors, subcontractors, and builders across the US and Canada to introduce Bid Crafters’ services.
The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, lead outreach, and speaking with decision-makers. Experience in the construction, construction estimation, or contractor services industry will be a strong plus.
