About the Role

I am looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Appointment Setter to help connect with prospective clients in the UAE. The role involves introducing estate planning services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with interested clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads and databases.
• Introduce and explain Will Registration and Estate Planning services.
• Qualify prospects and identify client requirements.
• Schedule appointments with interested clients.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
• Achieve daily and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
