• Conduct one-time training needs assessments and prepare training materials for Farmer Trainers (FTs) and farmers (February–March 2025). Conduct one training needs assessment for Farmer Trainers and farmers in the project areas. Prepare one training module for Farmer Trainers (FTs) and farmers.
• Improved capacity of 10 Farmer Trainers and farmers on GAP (April–December 2026). Ten (10) Farmer Trainers and at least 100 farmers trained in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), post‑harvest handling, and modern extension approaches.
