Job Responsibility
- Company software project development.
- Technical Support of software solutions and products.
- Manage and resolve service requests from customers.
- Support partner and contribute to proactive support activities.
- Conduct project implementation and testing at customer site in foreign countries. (Some travelling is required)
- Assist HQ in researching and analyzing Asia Pacific's ATM and other self-service terminal software standards and protocol specifications.
- Diploma/ Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related majors. Must know programming
- 2 years of software development/system integration/system maintenance/technical support experience.
- Good at C# or JAVA.
- Good documentation skills.
