8+ years of hands‑on experience in Micro Focus COBOL development 8+ years of experience in Strong expertise in COBOL programming (procedural and structured programming concepts) 8+ years of experience in Solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments 5+ years of solid experience in RPA tools Proficiency in Python programming Experience with R programming for data analysis and automation Strong knowledge of ISAM file handling and data processing Good understanding of file-based systems 5+ years of Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support Understanding of system integration concepts and interfacing techniques Familiarity with version control tools and development lifecycle processes
