Requirements for This Role Include:
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Micro Focus COBOL development
- 8+ years of experience in strong expertise in COBOL programming (procedural and structured programming concepts)
- 8+ years of experience in solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments
- 5+ years of robust experience in RPA tools
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with R programming for data analysis and automation
- Strong knowledge of ISAM file handling and data processing
- Good understanding of file-based systems
- 5+ years of experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support
- Understanding of system integration concepts and interfacing techniques
- Familiarity with version control tools and development lifecycle processes
