- Work on development, maintenance and integration of services in a Mainframe environment.
- Monitor and operate batch workflows using Control‑M.
- Analyze, handle and resolve incidents, ensuring rapid service restoration.

- Automate operational tasks using APIs, scripts and integrations with DevOps tools.
- Create and maintain workflows using Control‑M Self Service and Automation API.
- Analyze ABENDs, logs, dependencies between JOBs and failures in batch processing.
- Correlate metrics between Mainframe environments and distributed systems.
- Participate in deployment, sustainment and production support processes.
