Ikwezi Mining (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee material handling, production planning, and coal dispatch in an open-pit coal mining operation. The role requires strong leadership, safety culture, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate mining, processing, logistics, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations, optimize equipment use, and improve cost per tonne moved. A Mine Overseer background is advantageous.
