Tigres Football Academy is a football club based in Monterrey, Mexico. This club currently plays in the 1st division and amateur leagues, and it is seeking a motivated and experienced youth coach to train our U18 boys team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Head Coach for the boys Under 18 team, you will independently manage both games and training sessions in accordance with the club's coaching guidelines. Additionally, you will assist in training sessions of other teams as needed.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and managing the U18 boys' team in all matches and training sessions.
- Ensuring that training programs are aligned with the club's coaching philosophy.
- Assisting other teams with their training sessions as required.
