- Maintain and organize robots and contact records on Salesforce
- Help communicate updates between teams
- Help prepare service reports and spreadsheets
- Support parts and shipment tracking
- Assist with updating service records and system information
- Support tracking and reporting of operational information
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when needed
- Assist different Operations teams with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Organize files and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and support improvement projects
