Co-op Role in Compensation Analytics

Take the next step in finance with Kinaxis as a Co-op in Compensation Analytics, located in Ottawa. This full-time, hybrid position for 12 months starts in September 2026 and focuses on variable compensation.
As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will assist with commission and bonus calculations while maintaining data accuracy in our financial systems. You will interact with HR, Sales, and Professional Services to ensure seamless execution of our incentive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support month-end processes for commissions and bonuses
• Maintain comprehensive commission data
• Create ad-hoc financial reports as needed
Requirements:
• Pursuing an Accounting or Finance degree
• Experienced in confidential information handling
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent proficiency in Excel
