CO On-Road Svc Lead, Central Operations

Description EUCO On-Road Services is looking for a Lead to support in ongoing and upcoming projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make history and become a member of a team whose purpose is to solve complex challenges and create process solutions. The successful candidate should be able to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders, since it will require a proactive written and verbal communication with other departments and external stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

• Be an active player on daily escalations
• Support different CO processes (metrics deep dive and projects)
• Identify root causes of deviation, via cause and effect analysis
• Drive process improvements and develop team members' ability to keep pace with our rapid growth, while motivating others
• Review and analyze deviations data, followed by development of corresponding action plans to reduce future deviations
