Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical interface with Humana stakeholders
- Provide technical risk assessment, mitigation plans, and delivery status to clients and leadership

- Guide developers and testers on automation standards, best practices, and reusable patterns
- Ensure functional parity and controlled behaviors during WinBatch to C# conversion
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and enterprise governance standards
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models with multi‑POD execution
- Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision‑making skills
