About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedCNC Programming Lead to guide and support the CNC programming team in delivering production targets for On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, and cost. This role involves hands‑on technical leadership, from reviewing drawings and tooling requirements to supporting the Sales team with machining estimates for quotations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving programming standards, resolving production issues, and mentoring the wider programming team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate actual demonstrated hours for FA jobs and prepare weekly performance reports with improvement recommendations for the Production Manager
- Guide and train CNC programmers to achieve organisational targets in On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, and cost
