CNC Programmer

On behalf of a respected and growing precision manufacturing organization, we at Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. are conducting a search for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our Client's engineering and manufacturing team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the CNC Programmer will be responsible for reviewing customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to develop efficient machining strategies and detailed process plans. This individual will create solid models and advanced toolpaths using Mastercam, verify programs through simulation software, and optimize machining operations to achieve cycle time, setup, and tooling objectives. The role also involves creating, editing, and proving out CNC programs for milling and multi-axis machining applications while ensuring the highest standards of precision and quality.
