CNC Programmer (Lead)

Job Description

• Evaluate actual demonstrated hours for FA jobs and prepare weekly performance reports with improvement recommendations for the Production Manager.
• Guide and train CNC programmers to achieve organizational targets in On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, and Cost.
• Assign daily tasks to CNC programmers to support production delivery dates.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of new tools.
• Prepare M-order and routings for fixtures or texting machining profile monthly .
• Review new drawing/FA part and source the right tooling together with programming team before production start.
• Review customer drawings during the routing stage to identify errors or clarify technical requirements before job commencement.
• Perform detailed investigations on any machining defects and reply to CAR for programming issues.
