CNC Programmer (Aerospace Industry) #JTL

The candidate will be responsible for programming and test cutting of new products and improvement of existing production parts.

• Prepare NC programs, including tooling design and selection, for 5‑axis milling on materials ranging from aluminium, titanium to inconel 718.
• Probe programming for error proofing, datum setting, dimension check etc.
• Control of machining cycle time within target including all in‑machine activities such as probing, machining, appropriate cutter checks etc.
• Control overall costs for machining taking into consideration cycle time and cost of cutters.
• Work with the MRB team for troubleshooting of non‑conformance.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 5‑axis programming using Mastercam.
• Knowledge of 5‑axis machining, macro programs, error proofing and machine codes.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
