Element5 is looking for a CNC Manager to lead and strengthen CNC operations within our highly automated mass timber manufacturing facility in St. Thomas, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who brings strong CNC knowledge, a safety-first mindset and the ability to build a productive, and technically capable team.
The CNC Manager will oversee the safe, accurate and efficient machining of Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), Glulam beams, columns, panels, and related mass timber components. This role is responsible for daily CNC performance, including safety, quality, throughput, machine utilization, programming readiness, labour planning, downtime reduction, documentation accuracy and continuous improvement.
