CNC Milling (Programmer, set-up & Run)

Our company is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Program parts from step files or PDF drawings

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining specifications

Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place, when needed

Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance, when needed

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Qualifications

Proficient in CNC programming languages, familiarity with CAD software for designing machining programs (Mastercam & Esprit)
