CNC Machinist

We are looking for a CNC Machinist who balances technical mastery with a natural ability to lead and mentor. You wonu2019t just be pushing buttons—youu2019ll be responsible for complex programming, precision machining, and, most importantly, mentoring our junior operators to elevate the teamu2019s overall skill set. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for programming, measuring, inspecting and ensuring high-quality production within specified tolerances while maintaining a safe and organized work environment and working as part of the larger AGI Swift Current manufacturing team. Duties may also include occasional operation of a variety of machines that cut, bend, roll or otherwise shape metal as well as the operation of forklifts or other power mobile equipment as needed.
