Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience NOC 72100
- Accurately set up and operate a variety of machine tools including CNC lathes and CNC mills to manufacture, modify, and repair metal products.
- Skilled and precise in machining parts, and products to specifications using specialized machining tools.
- Control quality during the manufacturing process and make changes as necessary to avoid errors in the future.
- Capable of accurately calculating dimensions and tolerances with instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Skill, dexterity, and ability to monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines and tools to provide optimum operations efficiency
- Be able to adjust offsets on CNC Machines
