The Role
As a CNC Machine Setter, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and on-time delivery. You’ll be responsible for setting up CNC Spring Making machines, maintaining production flow, and supporting continuous improvement across the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machines in line with specifications and quality standards
- Install tooling and write/load and verify CNC programs
- Work closely with Production Planning and Sales to meet delivery targets
- Communicate delays or non-conformance issues proactively
