As part of TRADER, you'll join the innovative CMS team, responsible for ensuring operational excellence of vital lien management systems. This role requires proficiency across the stack with a focus on .NET, AWS services, and effective incident response. You will work collaboratively to tackle production challenges and maintain service stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in operational health of EC2-hosted services
• Triage production incidents and communicate resolution status
• Monitor infrastructure health and act on alerts
• Update runbooks and troubleshooting documentation
• Identify operational improvements and assist with performance analysis
Requirements:
• Hands-on .NET and C# experience
• Knowledge of AWS tools and CI/CD processes
