We are looking for a fresh graduate who is ready to step into a leadership-track role — supporting the Team Lead in managing developers, coordinating project delivery, and communicating with clients in English. What You Will Do:
- Support the Team Lead in coordinating tasks across the development team
- Assist in client communication and project status updates in English
- Help translate client requirements into actionable tasks for developers
- Monitor project timelines and flag bottlenecks early
- Learn end-to-end project delivery in an AI and software development environment
