Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, you will manage the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding. Your experience will guide managers and employees on collective agreement compliance and effective performance management strategies throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the recruitment process thoroughly and fairly
• Provide guidance on collective agreement administration
• Lead workplace investigations and performance coaching
• Manage HRIS for accurate tracking and reporting
• Coordinate health and safety training and WSIB claims
