CMDB Specialist (Cataluña)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring ongoing data accuracy, completeness, and structural integrity.
• Drive and implement AI and automation initiatives to streamline and optimize CMDB processes and workflows.
• Work in close alignment with the dedicated internal CMDB point of contact, ensuring the role evolves in line with current expectations and organizational needs.
• Define, document, and enforce CMDB governance policies and best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date Configuration Item (CI) population and lifecycle management.
• Oversee and support discovery and reconciliation processes within ServiceNow.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in CMDB maturity, tooling, and operational efficiency.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance on CMDB‑related projects and initiatives.
