CMDB & ITSM Operations Specialist (ServiceNow)

Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an ITSM Operation and Service Specialist in Albacete to manage the CMDB data, ensuring accuracy and reliability, while enabling ServiceNow ITSM processes for Product Service Lines.

You will perform daily CMDB tasks, improve data quality, assist PSLs in building practical workflows, and ensure governance in line with ITIL standards to support incident, problem, change, and lifecycle management.
