CMDB & Asset Manager – ServiceNow Expert

Springboard Services is seeking a Configuration & Asset Manager for our Global Operations Center in Manila. You will ensure accurate, reliable configuration items and assets across services while managing the lifecycle of these assets.

This role involves supporting data quality control and system reconciliation, primarily focusing on Cisco-based network environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT Asset Management and experience with ServiceNow CMDB management.
