CMBU New Product Introduction Lead

Staff NPI Product Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of product launches within the Cloud Memory Business Unit. This role ensures alignment among engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer teams to handle sample demand, product readiness, and supply, enabling successful product launches through strong execution, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, product management, NPI, or related roles
• Shown experience supporting new product introductions (sampling, qualification, or production ramp)
• Strong execution and program management skills in high-volume, meticulous environments
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in fast-paced environments
