Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads: analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams.
- Grow customer accounts: build relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster.
- Negotiate and contract effectively: secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
- Develop local marketing: support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
