Cluster operations manager

Purpose:
The role holder will be accountable for all non-academic facets of school management across the brands’ campuses. The primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all schools, overseeing administrative duties including infrastructure to ensure a safe environment as well as to plan, forecast and budget in accordance with business objectives.
Role and responsibilities:
Own the overall business and operational performance of a cluster of schools, with accountability for revenue, cost management, parent satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Drive timely collection of school and transport fees, ensuring minimal outstanding dues and strong cash flow management.
Manage revenue generation from uniform sales and oversee Centres of Excellence as additional revenue streams.
Monitor budgets, track expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
