Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joiners
- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training on sales, product knowledge, VM basics, and customer service
- Provide on-floor coaching and performance feedback to store teams
- Identify training needs and skill gaps through store visits and audits
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training MIS
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for training calendars
- Required Skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of retail operations and sales processes
- Ability to engage frontline retail staff effectively
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel across stores
