A Cluster IT Trainee will support the IT Department in the day-to-day operations of IT systems across the hotels within the cluster, including business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems.

**What will I be doing?**
As a Cluster IT Trainee, you will assist the IT Team in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of IT services for both the hotels and their Guests. You will support daily activities and contribute to maintaining IT standards, under the supervision of the Cluster IT Manager.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Provide daily support for internal IT systems and users, helping minimize service interruptions
+ Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, networks, telephony, etc....
