Key Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and supervise highly available, scalable, and resilient AWS infrastructure hosting critical tenant agency applications within the GCC framework.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using automation (e.g., Ansible) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC via Terraform or CloudFormation) to maximize operational efficiency.
- Take accountability for high-severity incident responses, leading swift containment and resolution efforts to minimize disruption to public digital services.
- Oversee the end-to-end cloud journey for tenant agencies, including resource allocation, continuous performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Lead detailed infrastructure and workload assessments for legacy or on-premises systems shifting to GCC AWS environments.
