Concentrix is seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Cloud Solution Architect (CSA ) specializing in Security and Modern Work. In this role, you will help customers establish a secure, AI‑ready digital workplace while accelerating adoption of Microsoft 365, Security, Copilot, and Modern Work solutions.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, owning the architecture strategy, technical roadmap, deployment guidance, and operational health of customer environments. This aligns with Microsoft's Modern Work and Security customer success motions focused on M365, Copilot, Security, Entra, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
