Cloud Platform - Senior Engineer Storage

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly available, distributed storage solutions for edge cloud environments
• Work as part of a team focused on containerization, virtualization, VM management and fault tolerance/carrier grade development
• Contribute to integration and enhancement of container-native storage (e.g., Ceph, Rook, Kubernetes CSI drivers) within StarlingX (
• Develop and optimize persistent storage for Kubernetes workloads with a focus on performance, resiliency, and scalability
• Implement and maintain data replication, synchronization, and recovery mechanisms across geographically distributed edge nodes
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to IO performance, storage latency, and capacity management in distributed systems
