Cloud & Platform Engineer (Montreal)

Overview

Manulife Investment Management’s Quantitative Development team designs and implements investment analysis at scale for over $500B in assets across the Global Wealth and Asset Management segment. The team’s goal is to deliver more alpha, more efficiently, and we are hiring a Cloud & Platform Engineer to build and operate our Azure‑based cloud ecosystem and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, operate, and continuously improve Azure‑based platform services and cloud environments.
• Support containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure virtual machines, and related runtime patterns.
• Engineer and maintain platform components such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure File Share, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Key Vault, API Management, and other Azure Cloud services.
